These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of The 7 Healing Frequency Program (the "Program") and its associated digital music files by AI Drive Media SARL ("we," "us," "our") to you ("Customer").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for the Program on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.

2. The Program Structure and Delivery

a. The Program: The Program consists of a 7-week guided sound exploration journey designed to diagnose the Customer's optimal Healing Frequency. It includes the systematic delivery of 7 unique exploration tracks (one track per week) and concludes with the final personalized soundtrack.

b. Program Content Delivery:

i. Initial Delivery: Upon successful payment, the Customer will immediately receive the first Healing Frequency track and the Self-Analysis Guide via email.

ii. Exploration Tracks: The remaining 6 exploration tracks will be delivered sequentially every seven (7) days (weekly) thereafter, for a total of 7 tracks over 7 weeks.

iii. Final Product Delivery: The final Personalized Relaxing Soundtrack is delivered via email within forty-eight (48) hours after the Customer has submitted their final self-assessment questionnaire at the conclusion of the 7-week program.

c. Payment: All payments for the Program are required upfront and must be successfully processed prior to access to the initial content.

3. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights (The License)

a. Limited Personal License: Upon full payment for the Program, AI Drive Media SARL grants the Customer a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use all 7 exploration tracks and the final Personalized Relaxing Soundtrack strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

b. Permitted Use: You may download, store, and listen to the music as often as you like, using it for personal sleep music, meditation, yoga, and relaxation.

c. Prohibited Use: You may not sell, resell, redistribute, sub-license, or otherwise commercially exploit the music. You are prohibited from using the music in any commercial project (e.g., monetized videos, advertising, or public performance for profit).

d. Ownership: The ownership and all rights, title, and interest in and to the musical compositions remain with AI Drive Media SARL.

4. Cancellation and Revision Policy

a. Policy on Refunds and Cancellation: Due to the unique, custom, and progressive nature of the service, all orders are final once payment is successfully processed, and the initial Program content has been delivered. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been submitted.

b. Satisfaction Guarantee & Revision: We are committed to delivering a final track that aligns with your diagnostic results. If you are not satisfied with your final Personalized Relaxing Soundtrack upon receipt, you are eligible to submit a request for one (1) free revision within seven (7) days of its final delivery. This revision focuses on minor adjustments intended to ensure the music aligns with the data submitted in your final assessment.

5. Medical and Liability Disclaimer

a. Not a Medical Treatment: The Program and its associated music are intended for relaxation and general well-being. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or therapy.

b. Professional Consultation: Always consult with a qualified health professional for any medical conditions, including chronic sleep disorders or severe anxiety. AI Drive Media SARL does not offer medical advice.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and the sale of the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lausanne, Switzerland.
